But suddenly, a fight breaks out between the animals and they split into two groups. The rabbit, wolf, hippo, and frog are on one side and the elephant, bear, deer, goose and monkey are on the other. Both the groups get into a brawl: Wolf: you are going to pay for this. Elephant: we will see about that. Hippo: you will never play with us again. Monkey: who needs you anyway? Just get lost. When the war is going worse, there is a tortoise watching it all in silence. It doesn’t back any group, but silently watches it all. After that incident, the animals never go to that lake to play. Both the groups find their own playgrounds in the forest, far away from each other. They make unwritten rules like members of a group shouldn’t allow their rivals to play with them. The tortoise never joins any group. He goes to the lake everyday and does some work there alone. One day, the rabbit meets the tortoise when the tortoise was on his way to the lake. Rabbit: hey, where are you going? Its play time... Tortoise: to our lake. Rabbit: whose lake? That’s not our lake anymore. We abandoned it long back. Why don’t you come join us? The new place is all fun. Tortoise: I’m sorry but I can’t leave our lake. The tortoise goes ahead and the rabbit looks surprised. One day, the elephant and team play at their place. Then, a surprised bear joins them. Elephant, questioningly: what’s the matter? Bear: well, you know that tortoise... he is still going to the lake every other day. I wonder why... nobody is there and what is he doing alone... Deer: I called him several times to join us. But he never came. Monkey: we should check out what he is up to. Goose: totally. On the next day, animals from both the groups decide to follow the tortoise without him knowing it. Eventually, both the groups run into each other. However, they don’t say a single word to each other. They are there to follow the tortoise. The tortoise reaches the lake and so do the animals. To their surprise, they find the lake more beautiful than ever before with a beautiful garden around it. With a ton of happiness, all the animals meet the tortoise. Wolf: dear friend, the lake has become more beautiful now. Elephant: wow! It makes me wonder why we left this place. Monkey: this is why you are coming everyday alone? Tortoise: yeah, I wanted you all back here. There is nothing wrong in finding new places. But we should not forget the place where we grew playing up. Also, I wanted all of you to be together. I thought if I make this place ever more beautiful, you all will be back, which has just happened, by the way. Hippo: we are sorry, dear friend. We learn that we shouldn’t fight among ourselves.
